Box Build and Mechanical Assembly

Bring your finished product together in one place. Our box build and mechanical assembly services combine molded parts, electronics, hardware, and enclosures into ready-to-ship units.

What We Offer

Box build assembly is the process of integrating mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into a complete product housed inside an enclosure. It picks up where PCBA work and part molding leave off and delivers a finished, working unit.

We handle simple mechanical assemblies and full electromechanical box builds. That includes mounting PCBAs, routing wires and harnesses, installing fasteners, fitting connectors, and closing up the enclosure. Every step follows your bill of materials and work instructions.

Our team works with your design files, BOM, and prototype to plan the build before the first part hits the bench. That means fewer surprises during production and parts that go together right the first time.

Our Assembly Process

We start with your BOM, drawings, and assembly instructions. Missing details get flagged early so the build runs cleanly when production begins.

PCBAs, wiring, fasteners, enclosures, and molded parts are inspected and staged. Wires get cut, stripped, crimped, and labeled before they reach the assembly bench.

Our technicians install hardware, mount sub-assemblies, route cabling, and seat connectors. Each step is built around your work instructions to keep results consistent across the run.

Finished units are inspected for fit, finish, and function. Test plans, visual inspections, and sample checks happen at defined stages of the build.

Completed units get packaged for shipment, labeled, and prepared for shipping or kitting. Phased delivery is available when your timeline calls for it.
