Small part work covers components for medical devices, electronics, automotive systems, and consumer goods. We build precise tooling, control gate placement, and fine-tune each shot to hit fine details and tight tolerances. Large part work covers housings, panels, agricultural pieces, and industrial covers. We use the right press tonnage, balanced flow, and proper cooling to keep big parts straight, strong, and warp-free.

Our Molding Process

We review your part design and recommend the right mold material, gate layout, and press size. Steel or aluminum tooling gets built in-house or through our trusted partners, sized to match your part and volume.

Thermoplastic pellets are selected based on the part's strength, flexibility, heat tolerance, and cosmetic needs. Materials are dried and staged before they reach the press.

The plastic is heated until molten, then injected into the mold under controlled pressure. Small parts call for fast, precise fills. Large parts call for balanced flow and longer pack times to fill every corner.

Each part cools inside the mold until it holds its shape. Automated pins or plates release the part cleanly without damage or stress.

Parts go through trimming, insert installation, or assembly as your project requires. Every batch is inspected against your specs and our quality standards before it ships.
