We confirm which features will be molded and which will be machined or trimmed after. Fixtures, jigs, and cutting tools are prepped to hold each part in the right position.
The runner, sprue, and any flash along the parting line are removed by hand or with automated cutters. Clean removal protects the part surface and keeps the gate area looking right.
Holes, threads, slots, and side features are added on our CNC and manual machines. Tight tolerances are held by the same machining team that runs our precision work every day.
Edges are trimmed, surfaces smoothed, and any cosmetic touch-ups applied. Tumbling, deburring, and light finishing can be added when your part calls for them.
Each part is checked against your drawing before it moves on to assembly, printing, packaging, or shipment.
