We look at your part, your specs, and the result you need. From there we map out the steps, equipment, and fixtures the job will take.
If the work needs a custom jig, weld horn, or holding fixture, we build it in-house. Our machine shop handles the tooling so it is ready when production starts.
We run a sample batch to confirm the process holds tolerances, hits cosmetic targets, and runs at the right pace. Adjustments happen here, before full production.
Once the process is dialed in, we run it like any other step on the floor. Work instructions, inspections, and quality checks are in place from the first part forward.
Finished parts are inspected, packaged, and prepared for the next step in your build. Phased delivery and kitting are available when your timeline calls for them.
