We start with your part design and production goals. DFM is run on our side first, so the mold leaves the design phase ready to build, no matter who is cutting the steel.
We match your project to the right offshore partner based on part size, complexity, volume, and timeline. You get the cost benefit of offshore work without having to vet shops yourself.
Mold design is reviewed and approved by our engineers before steel is cut. Steel grades, gate locations, cooling layout, and ejection are all confirmed in writing.
Our team tracks the build through scheduled progress reports and checks. Any issues are caught early, before they become rework problems.
Once the mold ships, we run sample trials on our own presses in Utah to fully qualify the tool. Parts are inspected against your prints, and the mold is signed off only after it meets spec.
